- Kitty Riley isn't in the episode.
- Donovan isn't in the episode.
- Sherlock doesn't personally tell John why he did it, but it's mentioned in the episode.
- Lestrade isn't in the episode a lot, but he's there a good few times.
- Sherlock has changed his attitude a lot towards Molly.

- John perhaps forgives Sherlock (oh god, these vague answers are killing me).
- We don't see a lot of Jim, but he has the best moment.
- The reunion scene is a little quick and it feels like Sherlock doesn't get the effect his death had on John.
- Mrs Hudson has felt isolated from John for the past two years. Sad moment ahead.
- Irene isn't mentioned.
- There is beautiful Sherlock/John/Mary OT3 material.

(Also I was kinda expecting them to keep it rather vague how Sherlock did it. It's not very clear in the original books either and the bit we got didn't make much sense to me.. lol)

- We don't find out who theimprobableone is.
- The episode will have us on the edge of our seat.
- John doesn't deal overly well with Sherlock being alive.
- The reunion between Sherlock and Mrs H goes exactly how the trailer showed it.

- There is a bonfire involved.
- Sherlock doesn't seem cold. He's more human than ever before.
- The tea Sherlock and Moriarty drink have nothing to do with how Sherlock faked his death.
- Sherlock gets hit a lot.
- There are a lot of twists in the beginning that don't affect the storyline. There's a big, kinds funny twist towards the end.
- John's face, Lestrade turning around, and Mrs Hudson yelling are actually part of the reunions.

I'm very excited to see a more human Sherlock, but at the same time I'm nervous. The last thing this Sherlock needs if more woobie!Sherlock.
